Gardner GT-HD 12lb – Low Viz Green

The Gardner GT-HD Mono Line is made from a unique high-grade copolymer formula using advanced manufacturing processes that give the line reduced stretch and a crisp feel. This doesn’t compromise the other key characteristics of the line, such as high knot strength, great abrasion resistance, fast sinking, and a lovely smooth, supple feel. Additionally, by producing GT-HD in a low-viz green color, Gardner has created a line that outperforms other low stretch lines in every way.

For the best possible results, Gardner recommends spooling up GT-HD with the label facing upwards (line coming off anti-clockwise) and periodically checking for line twist. The line’s reduced stretch offers excellent feedback to the rod tip, which gives improved/enhanced bite indication at long range. Also, the smooth finish and supple feel offer superior casting performance. Furthermore, GT-HD is formulated to sink quickly and settle flush to the lake bed, and it has exceptionally high knot strength and high abrasion resistance.

Whether you are fishing slack or tight lines, the low-viz green color of GT-HD gives superb camouflage. For optimum performance, Gardner recommends using a Palomar knot.
