The Peter Stone ledgerstrike 10′ 2 piece 1lbs T.C.
The 1966 Vintage Split cane Fishing rod is in Great condition for its age, No signs of cracks in the Varnish or the two resin / Glass Eyes, all Whippings are in Wine / dark Brown whippings. As per photos the rod is branded with the below.
” Ledgerstike” 1966, 10ft Build Cane, Test Curve 1Lb, Lines : 7-8lb BS ”
In addition to this, the reel seat looks aftermarket / Replaced at a later date. The reel seat attached in a ” Abu Allround Sweden”
Everything points this rod to belong to maker Peter Stone, However there is no Offical markings to confirm 100%. But we have compared the rod to R Chapmans website and can confirm the eyes meet the original dimensions as stated in on their website.
