Swan Valley Lakes – Day Ticket
Swan Valley is a well established and mature lake of around nine acres set in 13 acres of quiet surroundings with a stretch of the River Blackwater that passes through.
Swan Valley boasts a number of big Carp, with 12 plus different fish that have pushed over the 40lb mark. The number of 30lb+ Carp is relatively unknown, but is believed to be in excess of 40. This is backed up by a big head of 20lb+ fish including some cracking Linears and Ghosties.
The lake itself has many features from gravel bars to silt beds along with a number of fishy snags and various other underwater features.
Swan Valley Stock:
The Lake boasts several big original carp, with 12 plus different fish that have pushed over the 40lb mark; this includes 48lb, 47lb, 46lb, 45lb, 44lb, 43lb and 42lb with 5 or 6 more 40lb plus.
The number of 35lb Carp is in excess of 25. This is backed up by a big head of plus 30lb fish including some cracking Linears and Leathers and dark wood carving carp, plus fully scaled. These very special original carp were stocked in the mid-1980s.
